This week I have seen some dramatic changes in the activity in our Real Estate Market. I have been working with Clients to buy in specific markets, and at a specific price point this week. Over the course of the week I had identified 4 homes that were brand new to the market on particular days. I drove out to preview them for my Client and by the time I could get back to the Client to discuss what I had found the listing agent had accepted an offer - that happened to me on 4 homes this week. 4 homes that I had interest in, all sold in ONE day!
The deals are becoming more difficult to find, and there seems to be more Buyers looking. You know what that means - Prices are going up!
